  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside of the U.S. at this time. However, we hope to be shipping internationally in the near future, so please check back!
  • How can I track my order?

    We will send you an email with tracking information after your order is shipped. You can also find tracking information by logging into your account through JerkyGent.com.
  • How much is shipping & handling?

    All orders over $75 ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $5.95. However, some of the limited edition boxes, such as the JerkyGent Inferno Box, ship free.
  • How soon will my order ship?

    We want you to get your jerky as quickly as possible! That's why we make sure all initial orders are shipped within 1 business day, and delivered within 2-4 business days.   • What shipping carrier do you use?

    We use USPS for all shipments, using first class or priority mail.
