  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click on the subscription that you would like to cancel. On the following page, scroll to the bottom and select "cancel subscription".
  • How do I skip a month?

    Once logged in, click on Upcoming Orders on the top bar to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. Click on the delivery that you would like to skip. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Skip this order".

    Once logged in, click on Shipping addresses and click on the address that you would like to edit. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
